Founding Community & Growth Manager (Project Greenlight)

Why do we teach financial literacy early but not relationship literacy, the skill that shapes so much of our wellbeing and lives?

About the role

Project Greenlight teaches young people relationship skills — boundaries, trust, conflict, emotional safety — before harmful patterns set in. Through a selective member community, expert-led programming, and partnerships with schools, colleges, and workplaces, we're building a practical, engaging model for relationship education, treating it as a life skill, alongside financial literacy and career readiness.

We're hiring a Community & Growth Manager to launch and grow our founding community from scratch. This is a 0→1 role: recruit members, run events, build referral loops, and help open doors to our first institutional partners turning an initial cohort into a thriving, sustainable member base. You'll work closely with the Founder on growth and partnership strategy.

We're looking for someone who pairs strong relationship-building with sharp execution — who takes initiative, brings people together, and turns ideas into action. If "how do we reach the next 500 people who need this?" excites you, this is your role.

Why Join Us?

This role offers an opportunity to:

  1. Build and scale a mission-driven initiative from its earliest stages, from 0→1, with significant ownership and autonomy.
  2. Work directly with the Founder and a high-caliber network of advisors and collaborators from leading global organizations.
  3. Help shape an initiative with the potential to transform how young people learn about healthy relationships.
  4. Develop hands-on experience across community growth, partnerships, events, strategy, product development, fundraising, and early-stage venture operations.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 1–3 years of relevant experience in community building, growth, partnerships, events, programs, marketing, sales, or a related field—or equivalent experience building and growing a community, initiative, organization, or audience

- Has demonstrated experience getting people to participate whether that means recruiting members, growing a community, bringing people to events, building a referral network, or engaging an audience.

- Is entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to build something from the ground up, with the ability to turn ideas into action and work independently in an evolving environment.

- Understands how young people in the U.S. discover and engage with communities, programs, and opportunities, and is comfortable facilitating thoughtful, age-appropriate community experiences around relationships, boundaries, emotional well-being, and life skills.

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, maintain accurate records, and track performance metrics.
